Competitiveness Bulletin: Fall in Ireland's International Competitiveness Ranking

The IMD’s World Competitiveness Yearbook is an internationally renowned competitiveness publication. Using over 300 indicators across 61 counties, it analyses and ranks the ability of nations to create and maintain an environment in which enterprises can compete.
In 2015, Ireland was ranked 16th - a fall of 1 place from 2014. This fall in ranking serves as a timely reminder about just how quickly competitiveness can be eroded. This Bulletin (15-2), which analyses the factors contributing to Ireland's performance, can be downloaded from here.
